This policy covers the offline learning edition of MathGeon and this informational website. The domain and earlier versions also use the name MathGeonKids.
Learning data on your device
The app stores profile nicknames and preferences, lesson progress, correct answers, attempts, hints, session dates, drawings and notebooks to support learning. No account, email or real name is required to study. We recommend nicknames.
Data remains on the device until you delete the profile or app data. The offline edition does not send progress to INGEK servers. It has no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics and does not access the camera, microphone, location or contacts. Speech and handwriting recognition use on-device functions.
Backups and exports you choose
An adult can copy a profile backup from Settings → For families → Backup. It includes the nickname, progress and written work. Educational test records with session codes and results can also be exported. These actions are voluntary and the app does not send exports automatically. App exports are not encrypted; keep them in a protected location. External copies and system backups are managed separately and can remain after profile deletion.
Website and support
This website installs no advertising or analytics tools. Firebase Hosting (Google) processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses and page requests, to serve and protect the website. When you email gerencia@ingeksas.com, we process your email address and the content you choose to send to respond, resolve the issue and handle your rights requests. Avoid sending children's identifying data, passwords or payment information.
Providers and optional services
We do not sell data or use it for advertising profiles. Hosting and email providers support the delivery and security of these services and may operate outside Colombia. Apple and Google manage their own accounts, purchases and records under their policies. Optional Olympiads links open an online service in the browser: read its privacy notice and the organizing school's notice before participating. That portal's processing is separate from this edition's local learning functionality.
Children and teenagers
MathGeon supports learners from kindergarten to grade 12 with guidance from families and teachers. It does not request a child's contact information or use it for advertising. An adult is responsible for support requests, exports and data decisions, respecting the child's best interests and rights. Unnecessary information about a child sent to support can be requested for deletion through our contact channel.
Retention and security
Local progress is kept until the family deletes it. Support correspondence is retained while handling the request and as needed for legal obligations or claims; it is not used for marketing. You may request deletion. If an obligation prevents removal of a record, our response will explain the reason, scope and applicable period. Hosting technical logs are managed under the provider's terms.
The website uses HTTPS. Local protection depends on device and backup security. The app uses backup copies and integrity checks to detect corruption but does not add encryption to exports.
Your rights and deletion
You may access, update, correct or request deletion of your data, withdraw consent where applicable, request evidence of consent and ask how data is used. Email gerencia@ingeksas.com with the subject “MathGeon privacy”, your request and a reply address. A representative must act for a child. We will request only the minimum information needed to verify the request.
Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, inquiries are handled within ten business days and complaints within fifteen, with legally permitted extensions communicated when applicable. You may also contact Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce under the applicable procedure.

Beta testing
TestFlight and Google Play have their own distribution, diagnostics and feedback mechanisms. Read the beta privacy notice; offline learning does not make beta participation anonymous.
Changes
Changes to data processing will be published here with their effective date. An edition with online services requires specific information before use.
